Pop artist Sham Ibrahim took the stage for the 4th Annual Reality Television Award s on Wednesday night to present the Hall of Fame award to Janice Dickinson. Many big names in reality TV were honored at the awards show, but it was Janice who took top honors. Sham looked fabulous as he presented the award to his great friend

Unlikely as it may seem, an artist has found a place in reality television thanks to brief but memorable appearances on hit shows like the E! Entertainment’s Botched , Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules and VH1’s K. Michelle: My Life . Sham Ibrahim is a cross-dressing, wig-and-makeup-wearing man, who looks more like David Bowie in the 1970s than your typical reality star. He presented the Hall Of Fame award to the self-proclaimed first supermodel and star of countless reality shows that include a long run on America’s Next Top Model , Janice Dickinson, at the 2016 4th annual Reality Television Awards which took place Wednesday night at The Avalon in Hollywood.

Sham didn’t just deliver an award and split. Instead, he spent the night partying with his rumored boyfriend, the plastic surgery junkie known all over the world for being a human Ken doll, Justin Jedlica. The pair were seen kissing and dancing on a table with their shirts off. They were also hanging out with blonde bombshell Courtney Stodden, who looked more like Marilyn Monroe in the 1950s than your typical reality star.

Although the Reality Television Awards are not televised, it was still an event not to be missed. There was a red carpet and all the reality TV celebrities made sure to hit it on their way in to take part in the show. Media was on hand, snapping photos and filming the stars as they arrived.

Inside The Avalon, most of the action was happening backstage. Prior to the show starting, Janice Dickinson and Farrah Abraham were busy getting hair and makeup done behind the scenes. Sham Ibrahim was busy handing out his signature pop art to reality TV stars whose likeness he captured beforehand. Sham is known for creating portraits of the stars and then surprising them with his work when they cross paths at events and award shows such as the 4th Annual Reality Television Awards.

Sham sat in the front row next to Janice Dickinson and her fiance, Dr. Rocky Gerner. After the ceremony, Sham stuck around to party with his date, Justin, and all the other stars. The drinks were flowing freely and eventually, Sham and Justin decided to get on a table and dance with their shirts off. Courtney Stodden and model Ava Capra also climbed up on tables to dance during the after-party. Fans were lined up outside of the historic club to collect autographs from the reality TV stars who attended the event. Sham, Justin, and Courtney stopped to pose for pictures with fans that had waited outside The Avalon to meet the reality stars on their way out.
